Mistinguett is a bistro in Aarschot that specializes in French-Belgian cuisine. It is named after French actress and singer Mistinguett, who danced in the Moulin Rouge and Folies Bergère, amongst others. 'Mistinguett' was also the nickname of Francesca – the owner and very talented chef – that her mother used since she was young, hence the name.
